1. Licensing Model

• Ownership – You do not own the scripts. All rights, title, and interest remain the sole property of ScriptBucks.com.
• Rental Basis – Your license is valid only while your subscription is active. Once your subscription ends, your license automatically terminates.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription Term – Licenses are issued on a subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise offered).
• Renewal – Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Non-Payment – Failure to make timely payments will result in suspension and/or termination of your license.
• Refunds – All sales are final. Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the scripts to any third party.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, licensing, or proprietary notices.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass license verification.
• Use the scripts after your subscription has expired.

4. Intellectual Property

All scripts, code, graphics, trademarks, and related content provided through ScriptBucks.com are protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants use only, not ownership.

5. Support & Updates

• Support – Provided as described in your subscription plan.
• Updates – Given at our discretion to active subscribers only.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription and license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all scripts from your systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All scripts and services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScriptBucks.com shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use or inability to use the scripts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScriptBucks.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
